We offer a wide range of self drive boats available to hire, for you to discover the beauty of the Protaras shore line at your own pace. People with no previous boat experience are given a full briefing and basic training for their trip.

All boats are equipped with a VHF, life jackets, large retractable bimini top, swimming ladder, cooler, Bluetooth music system, local coastal map to ensure you’ll have some of the most basic needs covered to have the most memorable day in Protaras.
Snorkelling equipment is available upon request.

Rental periods vary from 30mins to a full day, your choice!! Better rates are available for half day and full day rentals.
If you are not comfortable driving the boat yourself, one of our experienced captains can take you on a guided tour along the coast.

Under Cypriot Legislation, boats can be hired by anyone older than 18 years old without a boat license.

The Cape Greko – Blue lagoon Adventure

The Protaras to Cape Greko Peninsula trip takes approximately 20 mins and has many beautiful coves, bays and snorkelling sites for you to enjoy with your family and friends.

Some of the places where you can swim and snorkel or simply relax and enjoy the scenery are:

  • Turtle bay
  • Underwater Statues near Green bay
  • Ayioi Anargiroi Church and Caves
  • Lovers Bridge
  • And the warm and clear waters of the Blue Lagoon.

Myself, my wife and our two daughters wanted to hire a boat whilst on holiday, we researched different places and came across Stavros water sports. We emailed for information and following on from that the contact with Stelios was excellent. Once we arrived in Cyprus we called Stelios and booked our boat, upon arrival everything was straight forward and they are all extremely friendly. We used Stavros water sports on two consecutive days. First day was motor boat hire. Good value and efficient service. Didn’t have to wait around. Boat was in good condition and had a full run down on use and safety from his team.

On the second day we had a ride on the crazy UFO which the kids loved. Again, good value and quick turnaround. The owner is a really nice guy who runs his operation well. Let us use the hut as a base for a quick dip in the sea afterwards. During this dip my daughter was stung on the leg by a jelly fish and he sorted this out too – helping remove the eggs and applying first aid. If you are in the Protaras area and are interested in water sports and rides then this is the place to go.

Amazing! Stavros and his guys have a great service in Fig Tree Bay. They guys are super helpful and the boats are in great condition. We had an awesome time heading down the coast to Cape Greco, finding bays to swim and snorkel along the way. And of course, a swim in the blue lagoon! Thanks again Stavros and co!
